The facility has been located in the City and County of San Diego at 1719 National Avenue, San Diego, CA since it’s inception in 1970. The facility is a two-story 10,000 square-foot converted hotel and nightclub with a fire clearance to house forty-three (43) residents. There is ample room for inside recreational facilities, kitchen, dining room, office space, laundry facility, and auditorium. It is located close to all public transportation, and within walking distance of all the major ship, repair facilities, and a large number of commercial businesses in the downtown area of San Diego.
